Online Casino News: Online
Casino Owner Cleared of Wrongdoing
by Joanne R Wednesday November

Naphtali Goldman, 34, has a reason to
celebrate as he has been cleared of all
wrongdoing in regards to online casino
gambling. Goldman was accused of
offering online casino gambling to
Israeli residents, a claim that he
refuted. Goldman said that this was a
mistake, and was proved right this week.
Goldman said that after an extensive
investigation, local authorities have
“exonerated” him of “any wrongdoing.”
They had claimed that he was hosting and
processing payments for the online
casino Lucky 18 in Israel, but have
since realized that this was not the
case. He was questioned, and police have
realized that this was an error, but
that he has been found cleared.
The judge said that she did not think
that Goldman had broken any laws. She
said that the interrogating authority
had not proven that any wrongdoing or
“bad practice” in regard to online
casino gambling had taken place, and
therefore felt that Goldman was innocent
of the charges that had been brought
before her.
For his part, Goldman is pleased that he
was found innocent, but his lawyers may
be considering a civil suit against the
law enforcement agencies that brought up
the allegations in regards to the online
casino. They said that “authorities
acted irresponsibly” and therefore they
feel that they may have a case against
them. They did not confirm as to whether
or not they were actually moving forward
with it, but did say that there was a
consideration in the matter.
