Online Casino News:
Net Entertainment Goes Italian
by Joanne R Sunday November 29, 2009 at

Net Entertainment has gone Italian! The
online casino company has signed a deal
with Microgame that is bound to put them
even farther up the list of successful
companies. The online casino company has
signed a deal with Microgame, and they
have signed a license agreement between
the two companies.
For those of unfamiliar with Microgame,
they are Italy’s premier remote gaming
provider, and this deal will give Net
Entertainment the honor of being the
online casino provider of choice for the
company. This is a huge coup for the
online casino company, and one that many
online casinos would give their eyeteeth
to be a part of.
With Italy working on regulating their
online casino gambling industry, it is
no wonder that a deal of this place and
this magnitude would turn heads within
the industry. The market for gaming in
the country is estimated to be as much
as €30 billion by the end of next year,
and €17 billion by the end of this year.
Not only that, but a deal of this nature
will only serve to solidify and increase
those numbers. With the European Union
pushing for non protectionism across
countries’ borders – this deal will
serve to help them in that deal.
Other countries are going to see this
deal and want to be a part of it – most
certainly. Net Entertainment is
assuredly ready to take on partners all
across Europe – and this is probably
just their first stop. By partnering
with this online casino group, they have
strengthened their position within the
market, and enabled them to grow and
expand even further than they would have
been able to do otherwise.
The online casino company will also
bring Microgame a ton of new clients
that they did not have before. This will
enable them to strengthen their reach
within the online casino market as well.
