Mr. Green Online Casino Offering
Changes

The Mr. Green online casino is going
through some changes. The online casinos
managing director has announced that
their customer relationship management
structure is undergoing some big changes
which will benefit their players
greatly. They are going to change the
way they look at customer service to
make themselves a better site for their
players.
Adding a new London based support center
which will be run by Stina Reutercrona.
This position will report directly to
the managing director, Mikael Pawlo.
They feel that these changes are
important because of their new expansion
into the Nordic market as they want to
stay abreast of those things that could
possibly hurt them in not taking care of
right away.
All of the executives involved in the
online casino are excited by this new
change in their management structure.
They say that because of the
"substantial increase" in the number of
customers they have gotten lately that
they feel that they needed to establish
themselves "as a responsible end
customer friendly online casino."
The online casino has expanded so
quickly over the past year that no one
could have anticipated all of the
changes needed to take place. That is
why it is so important that they move
quickly now to make sure that they are
meeting the needs of their players. They
know that if they don’t that they will
end up with unhappy customers and they
don’t want to alienate those that have
been with them from the beginning.
