Carruthers is still on house arrest awaiting trial, and the online casino has closed down. However, they were supposed to return their customers’ funds and have yet to do so.

US District Court Judge Carol Jackson levied a contempt of court charge against them alone with $5,000 a day in court fines for still not producing the info. The company and its attorney’s keep skipping hearings that have been set up to discuss the missing money – hence the charge of contempt.

Some want to know how Britain’s House of Lords member, Lord Glentoran, has kept his hands clean through all of this. He was on the online casino’s Board of Directors, yet he doesn’t seem to have much to say on the topic either.
