According to sources, Gary Kaplan is doing well and fighting the good fight. He has the best attorney that you could ask for, and they are doing everything they can to get Kaplan free and clear of the online casino charges that he is facing.

If you know anything about internet casinos and gambling, then you know that Kaplan is the founder of BetonSports, and he was arrested last year in regards to the online casino and gambling mess. There were several indictments handed down against Kaplan in July 2006 as well as against his CEO and the company itself.

The US Government is prosecuting the company and its members for illegal accepting bets from US citizens. A judge has told prosecutors to drop several of the charges pending against him, such as tax evasion and obstruction, so his case will be getting significantly lighter.
