March 29, 2009 Online Casino News:
Online Casino Follows Trail
Devilfish Poker has announced that they
will be sponsoring the Hull Daily Mail’s
annual Talent Trail 2009. The online
casino says that they want to sponsor
the event, which shows hundreds of
performers who are vying for the top of
prize of £1,500.
Second place in the talent contest would
take home £750 and third place gets
£250. The event is an annual competition
where performers compete to see who can
get the top prize, while the event
benefits a charity. This is why the
online casino is interested, because
they say it is for a worthy cause.
The talent event runs until May, and
includes all varieties of talent –
singers, dancers, musicians, and
comedians. The online casino will also
provide top poker player Dave
“Devilfish” Ulliott as a judge for the
final competition. They go through
sixteen rounds, then a semi final, and
then a final round to determine the
winner. The finals will be held in the
Hull City Hall.
The proceeds from the event go to The
Echoes Foundation. The online casino is
pleased to be able to support this
important charity, which was founded by
Clare Stockton after her son was
diagnosed with a brain disorder. Her
goal is to open a one stop center for
those children who are suffering from
special needs care. For his part,
Ulliott says that he has always loved
performing before a crowd, so he is
ready to see who he gets to vote on to
be the next big sensation talent wise.
