Online Casino News: More Than $60 Billion from Gambling
by Joanne R Friday, January 15, 2010  at 9:41 PM

According to Kenilworth Systems Corporation, there is a lot of money to be made off of the online casino gambling empire. They have found that if the United States was to legalize, regulate and tax the online casino gambling industry that they would conceivably be looking at some where around $63 billion a year from the online casinos. This is the first time we have seen numbers this large in relation to the online casinos – and many say that they thought that there would be a large amount of money made off of it – they just didn’t realize how much.

The report based their information n the Sosua Bay Grand Casino’s roulette game. This game allows for remote betting for players outside of the Dominican Republic. They watched the results for six months and during that time they say that the online casinos were able to generate significant amounts of money from the site. They had thousands of players logging in and accessing the online casino – showing that all over the world people wanted to play these games.

Experts say that the report really could not have come at a better time. They said that there were so many people that are recently showing their support of online casino gambling, that to be able to show them how much money the country stands to gain is simply priceless. Not only that, but the implementation of the regulations from the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act have just been postponed, so they have a little more time to work their case.

They are hoping that this will help them get the IGCPEA passed, which would legalize and tax the online casino industry.
