Online Casino News: Millionaires Everywhere but the
US

It is nice to see that the US is
starting to get more on board with
legalizing the online casino industry.
You are starting to see more and more
online casinos offering openings to
those players from the states, and this
makes the players infinitely happier to
have more choices as far as where they
want to go to play. However, some online
casinos are not yet on board, with
Microgaming being one of them.
In order to keep themselves separate
from any legal hassles, the online
casino software company is not allowing
anyone from the US to play at any of
their online casinos. CryptoLogic is
following a similar pattern although
they are not as strict about it as
Microgaming is. They have some online
casinos that will allow US players,
although most of them do not.
However, one of the ones that US players
would have loved to have been a part of
was InterCasino as yesterday someone won
more than a million dollars. The popular
online casino game Millionaire’s Club
hasn’t hit in more than a year and
yesterday it hit and made one of their
players a millionaire overnight. The big
win came on the online casino’s popular
five reel video bonus slot machine.
The online casino has not yet released
the winner of the million plus prize,
and there is a possibility that they
will not release it at all. Sometimes
the online casino winners don’t want the
general public to be told of their win
so that they are not inundated with
people trying to get money from them.
For now though, US players can only
watch and hope that it changes at some
point and that they get to participate
in the better jackpots. If Rep. Barney
Frank has his way it is only a matter of
time before they do.
