Minnesota’s Canterbury Card Casino Reopens- Part 1
The world of land-based gaming is changing quickly. Recently the Minnesota-based Canterbury Card Casino reopened after an almost-year long absence from the market. The casino itself never had a problem with quality—it is a top-notch location for gambling games. You can go there and find everything from normal table games to more unique offerings. Regardless of what type of game you like, you most likely will find it here. Canterbury Card Casino is expanding and trying to bring more to the state’s gambling market—not only in games, but also in payout and promotions to enjoy. So why did they take the hiatus?
The true reason is the casino operators wanted to revamp the location. Sure it was a good casino but with competition gaining steam the casino’s operators realized that to remain viable in the market, they had to change their own business quickly. Operators delved into an aggressive project to update the casino’s 18,000 square feet of gaming floor. They added a poker room in back of the casino and changed the entire layout of the facility. Part of their goal was to bring back excitement to the table game and create a different atmosphere. Lighting and large windows were used to liven up the casino.
To celebrate the new opening, the casino’s operators will be holding a range of special promotions. One notable one is the $100,000 freeroll tournament, which is crowned as the biggest in the state’s history of operations. On July the 25th anyone interested can qualify for the event by playing the required number of hours in the poker room. Players will need to have their own MVP cards by then, so don’t delay in signing up if you want to join in on the poker fun. The easiest way to be eligible is to play for 100 hours throughout now until June 30th. That gives you just short of two months to log in the appropriate time. If you do, then you can get in on the semi-final round of the tournament. Players who manage to log in 175 hours total during that same timeframe will automatically be entered into the finals.
